WHY BLS? There’s nothing like swimming the Boston Light. When I trained for my 1st Boston Light Swim I honestly didn’t give myself much of a chance of finishing. All I wanted to do was give it all I had, do my best. That was 15 years ago and nothing has changed.

FUN FACT: I have a picture of Bill Burgess on my wall. He is the second person to swim across the English Channel. Even after about 20 failed attempts to get across he never gave up and eventually made it.
